Welcome to the Team, Farah!

We are thrilled to announce Farah Kotadia is joining the VLIP team as VLIP's new Co-Manager.

Farah Kotadia has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and 15 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, specifically in immigration and integration services.

She began her non-profit career at DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society, as their Director of HR and Communications. From there, Farah went on to work for AMSSA, YWCA, PIRS and most recently, joined Kiwassa Neighbourhood Houses as the Director of Settlement and Employment. Farah holds a Bachelor's in Communication, an MBA in HR and is currently completing her Master's in Counselling Psychology. 

Farah will be staring the position on November 1st, 2022.
